Gladys Loa is Roger Williams University’s web progect manager. When not helping drive enrollment, she advises key members of the university community on the institution’s online presence. Gladys is an instrumental part of RWU’s social media team and her expertise has helped increase brand awareness, significantly impact yield and increase alumni participation.
Gladys earned her B.S. in Marketing from RWU in 2008 and shows her Hawk’s pride everyday. In 2011, Gladys was part of the RWU team to receive a Case District I Communication award for the university’s admission website.
